BEX® values every customer who purchases our product. To honor your patronage, our warranty program allows you a ONE YEAR, unconditional pair of polarized sunglasses from your order. For a quick and seamless process, have three things readily available: $40, a valid proof of purchase, and a photo of your damaged product.

In order to be eligible for a replacement, you are required to pay a $40 warranty handling fee.

damaged sunglasses ready.

Step 3

After validating the attachments, we will send you a specialized link to claim a new pair of glasses!

  • How long is my warranty good for?

    Our warranty program offers a replacement pair of sunglasses within 1 year.

  • Can I process a warranty in stores?

    All warranties must be processed on bexsunglasses.com.

  • I don't have my receipt. Can I still use my warranty?

    If you do not have a valid proof of purchase, please contact our customer service at info@bexsunglasses.com.
